We only ship by
delivery against signature.
You will receive a confirmation mail after placing your order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation after the goods have been shipped.
1. Minimum order value
We do not require a minimum order value. SERVICE is very important for us and we are pleased to receive all orders irrelevant of size.
2. Shipping expenses
The shipping expenses are calculated during order handling. The shipping expenses are based on weight and shipping method. We deliver world-wide.
3. Cash on delivery
The COD is available for Switzerland. COD charge is calculated during order handling. Additional regional delivery fees, may apply, for example for Germany. The postman will collect additional fees at delivery. At our standard of knowledge there are no additional fees for Switzerland.
4. Shipping dates and deliveries without customs fees
The following shipping dates are available when all products ordered are in stock.
Orders from the European Union:
Several times a year we ship direclty from the European Union. Therefore customs duties will fall away.
Next shipping available from the European Community: Tuesday, 21. February 2012.
Bank transfer must arrive 1 day before otherwise we will ship at the next available date. With credit card you may pay till the last day. If you do not want to wait, we can send the order immediately from Switzerland, with the disadvantage of the resulting duties. Please add a note while ordering, if you want immediate dispatch from Switzerland.
Orders from Switzerland:
Orders are immediately sent from Switzerland. No customs charges will apply for Switzerland.
Orders from other countries:
Orders are immediately sent from Switzerland. The destination country will apply customs charges.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on shipping method and shipping address.
Switzerland:
Orders with Priority shipping option arriving until 14:00 o'clock (2 p.m.), will reach the recipient on the next working day (Monday-Friday). Orders with Economy shipping option will take 2-3 working days to arrive.
All other countries:

6. Track & Trace
You always know where your mail is. With Swiss Post you may trace parcels that have been sent with Economy and Priority method with a Swiss destination address. Parcels with a foreign destination address are only traceable with Priority shipping method.
7. Customs regulations
The value of the articles contained in the consignment is specified according to the product type in the customs forms for all international packages. All customs and import requirements are ascertained, as soon as the package reaches your country. Further customs fees are at your expense; we have no influence on these fees and can also not predict the amount. The customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. We recommend that you contact the relevant customs office, if you require further appropriate information.
